Provide us with some information on your referral candidate - before submitting, please ensure you have the permission of the referral and the information provided below is accurate. Please Note the Following: (1) Due to a Workday issue, this system does not process referrals of a prior VMware employee. If you are referring a prior VMware employee, please ask your referral candidate to apply to the position on their own through the VMware Career Site. Then, you will need to submit a HelpNow+ ticket (HR>Hiring>Employee Referrals) so the team can update the Workday Source code to "Employee Referral" once the candidate has applied. (2) If the candidate you are referring has already applied externally (LinkedIn, Career Site, etc.) to the same requisition you are referring them to, the referral record will not synch between the Referral Hub and Workday. Please submit a HelpNow+ ticket (HR>Hiring>Employee Referrals) so the two records (external application and your referral) can be merged.
